The iconic road trip to the BC capital: 1h drive to Tsawwassen, 1h35 BC Ferries crossing to Swartz Bay (one of the world's most scenic ferry rides through the Southern Gulf Islands), then 30 min to Victoria.

Victoria, founded 1843, retains a British charm: Inner Harbour, illuminated Parliament Buildings, Empress Hotel (legendary afternoon tea), Butchart Gardens (one of the world's finest gardens). Whale watching from Victoria is exceptional (Apr–Oct).
